Beep Beep KYC Verification Process
Beep Beep verifies accounts to confirm identity, address, and payment ownership. The casino requests KYC before withdrawals and may trigger it earlier based on account activity.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Beep Beep requests a clear photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport or national ID). The document must be valid, show full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. If the document has two sides (ID card), Beep Beep requests both sides in one submission.
- Address proof: Beep Beep requests a document issued within the last 3 months that shows the same name as the account and a full residential address. Accepted examples: utility bill (electricity, gas, water), bank statement, tax letter, or official government correspondence. Screenshots from apps without the full header, issuer name, and date get rejected.
- Payment method: Beep Beep verifies ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. For bank cards, Beep Beep requests photos of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered, and the cardholder name visible; the CVV must be covered. For e-wallets, Beep Beep requests a screenshot or PDF showing the account owner name and the wallet ID or email, plus a transaction record matching a Beep Beep deposit.
Beep Beep requests verification at the first withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawals reach EUR 2,000, after changes to personal data (name, address, phone, email), after password resets, and when the payment method changes. The casino also triggers KYC when deposits and withdrawals show inconsistent patterns or when the IP location differs from the registered country.
Beep Beep review time takes 15 minutes to 24 hours after submission when files are readable and match the account details. If the team asks for re-uploads or extra pages, the process extends to 1–3 business days.
Right now, Beep Beep runs KYC as a pre-withdrawal gate and completes most checks within 24 hours when documents meet format and recency rules.
